A standard turnkey s.r.o. takes 5–10 working days. If you need a company quickly, we offer ready-made companies with transfer within 24 hours.

Yes, any foreigner can open a company in Czechia. A Czech residential address is not required. We'll help you with everything.

A virtual office provides you with a prestigious Prague 1 address for the Commercial Register. All mail is forwarded to your address or scanned.

The main requirement is a valid passport or ID card. We'll help you prepare everything else — the articles of association, notarial deed and registry filing.

NACE codes are numerical designations of business activities. Choosing the right codes is key for your business operations. We'll advise you on selection.

Business plans

Every business plan includes: executive summary, market and competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, financial projections (3–5 years), marketing strategy and conclusion. Delivered as PDF + HTML presentation.

Basic plan: 5–7 working days. Premium plan: 10–14 days. Investor-grade: 3–4 weeks, depending on scope and availability of materials.

One round of revisions is included in the price. Each additional revision is charged separately.

Our office is at Na Poříčí 12, Prague 1. A personal meeting is not required — everything can be handled online via Zoom, WhatsApp or email.

We accept bank transfers. For larger projects we work with a deposit and final payment upon completion.

We currently do not offer accounting or payroll, but we're happy to refer you to our trusted partners.

We typically respond within 2–4 hours during business hours (daily 9:00–19:00). On WhatsApp, usually even faster.
